Customized jewelry, due to its personalized nature, is non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement at no additional charge.
