When a local code enforcement agency fined his parents for putting up signs for his small car wash business, Hiram—only twelve years old—chose to represent himself in front of the Code Enforcement Board. With no formal legal training or guidance, he successfully defended himself and had the fines removed. That moment revealed his voice to advocate not only for himself, but also others who needed a champion, planting the seed for a lifelong pursuit of justice.
Now a construction and litigation attorney with a deep understanding of business, real estate, and contractor disputes, Hiram continues to bring that same bold, resilient spirit to every case. His roots in the construction industry run deep, shaped by his family’s legacy as developers and general contractors. He understands not just the law—but the people, risks, and stakes involved in every deal or dispute.
