Our Story

Mandich Group all began with an idea of wanting to start and build a company from the ground up. The Mandich brothers left their successful
jobs to join forces and set out to build something much greater than themselves.

At Mandich Group, we’re more than just a family business. Each day we strive to uphold and extend our core values of Service, Integrity, Efficiency, & Teamwork in everything we do, not only within our internal team, but also to our external customers and business partners. Our story began in 2016, when the Mandich brothers sought out an opportunity to build a true family legacy. The brothers had been quite successful in their respective fields prior to building what we know now as the Mandich Group. They believed that pursuing real estate, specifically industrial, would be the path they would most enjoy together. The fun began once they acquired their first small bay freezer facility that was much in need of work and operational help.

    As time tells, the brothers had a feeling there could really be something to this whole cold storage thing. Gradually expanding their footprint, they were amazed by the demand and unique nature of these properties that help feed millions of people across the country. This industry proved to be much more rewarding than they originally expected. The brothers are tremendously grateful for what they have been able to establish thus far in their contributions to offering innovative and value-added supply chain solutions, meanwhile creating quality jobs and becoming an employer of choice in the communities in which we work.
