Take 2-3 tablespoons per day and store in refrigerator immediately. Seamoss Gel last 3-4 weeks in the refrigerator. If taking the recommended daily dose, a 16oz jar should last you about 2 weeks. Seamoss can also be frozen up to 3 months.

Thawing recommendations: leave the jar out on the kitchen counter until jar is room temperature. This allows the seamoss to fluff back up to its natural state. Then place the jar in the fridge for consumption.
