Role Summary:

AVA Group is looking for an experienced and performance-driven Sales Manager to manage the sales operations at one of our premier residential/commercial projects in South Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have deep real estate market knowledge, a strong broker/client network, and a proven record of high-value closures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from site visit to final documentation
  • Pitch and sell premium residential/commercial units to HNIs and institutional clients
  • Coordinate with internal departments (CRM, Legal, Marketing, Execution) for client onboarding
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners and walk-in customers
  • Maintain detailed lead trackers, client data, and conversion reports
  • Conduct regular market intelligence to stay ahead of competition
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the real estate sector
  • Excellent communication, sales pitching, and closure skills
  • Strong knowledge of Mumbai’s real estate landscape, especially premium/luxury segments
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to operate independently from the project site with a target-driven mindset
