Humberto Comellas has over 40 years of experience in the technology industry.

He has served as a CIO for two major international banks, Bank of Boston International and Dresdner Bank Lateinamerika, for close to 20 years.

He then joined serving as CIO for Codina Group, Inc. in Coral Gables, spear heading the firm’s Y2K challenge, where his experience enabled significant expansion to their complex network. Having had access to an incredible network of business professionals such as Armando Codina, Jeb Bush, Hank Klein and Ford Gibson to mention a few. Mr. Comellas took that experience and founded the technology affiliate of prominent South Florida CPA firm, Berkowitz Dick Pollack & Brant, as President & Managing Partner of onsiteam advisors, LLC. Through his leadership and guidance, onsiteam advisors, LLC became a major technology service provider focusing on solutions for law firms and legal departments.

In late 2007, he ventured off on his own founding ulltium consulting® and branching out in industries that include healthcare, financial and professional services. Never losing site of his core which includes developers and construction firms.

He has served in many technology forums and focus groups, has established himself as a recognized expert in I/T, and his passion for serving clients and enabling technological solutions to enhance their business strategies has made him a notable figure in South Florida’s business landscape.

Maria C. Comellas has close to 20 years’ worth of experience in business administration. She spent the early part of her career working for Kislak Bank and Barnett Bank in Miami Lakes, where her role as a mortgage specialist enabled her to nurture her two major skills of accounting and customer service. Wanting to be a stay home mom for her two children, Maria followed in her mother’s footsteps and became a piano teacher. Under the tutelage of her mother and The Miami Music Teachers Association, she quickly earned a loyal following in the music committee that is still true to this day.

Carlos Barrera has close to 15 years of Information Technology experience. He spent the early part of his career at Florida International University as an I/T tech and then gradually moved up the ladder to IT Manager. Carlos was then given the opportunity to work for Cemex-Neoris which is the largest construction and I/T consulting company globally. He spent most of his time with Neoris in charge of I/T Operation for North America. His duties had a wide range of tasks which consisted of research and development, finance, marketing, server admin etc.
