Meet Our Team

Javier Dugarte, CEO

Javier Dugarte is the Founder and CEO of GoCloud Inc. in Miami, FL. He also serves as the day-to-day VP of Sales and Operations for clients worldwide. Javier’s expertise in pioneering and developing a sales organization around cloud services has earned him recognition across the IT industry. His ability to foster and maintain partnerships, proficiency with vertical market strategies, and personal knowledge of cloud- based business and cybersecurity has allowed GoCloud to grow exponentially since 2015.

Prior to GoCloud, Javier made a name for himself in commercial sales for IT services with RICOH, SHARP Electronics, and XEROX. At RICOH, he led the commercial sales team across South Florida. During his SHARP tenure, he oversaw all product lines and spearheaded overall operations. And, at XEROX, he served as a regional channel partner sales manager followed by director of sales and operations. From transforming operations and exceeding multimillion and billion-dollar revenue targets to influencing new product and process initiatives to leading hundreds of professionals, Javier is a true sales and IT leader.

Javier is also Six Sigma Green and Yellow Belt certified and holds several certifications across the IT spectrum.
