Cancellation Policy

All deposits are nonrefundable. Balances to be paid to the driver on the reservation date before the beginning of the service. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the reservation sheet.


Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutual agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle calls during the duration of the rental by them, or any members of their party. A fee of $100 for each carpet and seat burn. Sanitation fee is $250. Drug uses prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate service without refund) if there’s a blame discretion on the part of the passenger(S). It is illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. Not responsible for delays caused by unsafe road conditions, i.e. not salted, accidents, etc. not responsible for articles left in the vehicle. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

Sedans and SUV’s

Please Note: if a vehicle is canceled at least 24 hours prior to service. No charges will be applied. If a vehicle is canceled within the 24 hours but not less than the four hour frame and hourly charge will be applied. For example: sedan $95/SUV $120/. If a vehicle is canceled within four hours i.e. canceled on site a full charge will be applied.

Stretch Limousine

• If a Stretch Limousine is canceled at least 7 days prior to service, no charges will be applied.
• If a Stretch Limousine is canceled within 7 days, but not less than 3 days of service, a charge of $200.00 will be applied.
• If a Stretch Limousine is canceled within the 3 days of service, a full charge will be applied.

Sprinter Vans, Mini Buses, and Buses

• If a Sprinter, Mini-Bus, or Bus is canceled at least 2 weeks prior to service, no charges will be applied.
• If a Sprinter, Mini-Bus, or Bus is canceled within 2 weeks, but not less than 7 days of service, a charge of $300.00 will be applied.
• If a Sprinter, Mini-Bus, or Bus is canceled within the 7 days of service or on site, a full charge will be applied.

Sea Base Transportation

• If the transportation is cancelled at least 2 weeks prior of the arrival date for the service, No Charges will be applied.
• If the transportation is cancelled within 2 weeks of the arrival date for the service, there will be a $250.00 Cancelation Fee charged.
• If the transportation is cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date for the service, we will charge the full rate to your credit card.
• The exception is for having to cancel due to this or any worldwide pandemic.
