An innovative approach to tax consulting and technology

This approach proved to be highly favorable and the firm grew rapidly from 2005 to 2014. After changing its name to WTP Advisors, the firm’s services expanded to include transfer pricing and international valuation. Brian Schwam merged his international tax practice into the firm in 2010 and Guy Sanschagrin joined in 2011 to expand the firm’s transfer pricing practice. Since that time, Schwam and Sanschagrin have spearheaded a significant part of WTP Advisors’ growth by developing strategic relationships with CPA firms, seamlessly partnering with them to deliver high-quality international tax and transfer pricing services to clients. In 2014, a portion of WTP Advisors located in New York was spun-off and sold. Simultaneously, Schwam and Sanschagrin joined Fyhrie and Wain as partners, making up the current WTP Advisors leadership team.

Today, WTP Advisors is a highly respected, independent firm specializing in International Tax, Export Incentives (IC-DISC), Transfer Pricing, International Valuation, and Tax Process Innovation Solutions. The firm operates throughout North America and covers over fifty countries across the globe through strategic alliances with firms worldwide. WTP Advisors continues to develop specialized technology platforms that offer intuitive, user-friendly solutions to complex tax and transfer pricing problems. Four of these web-based software tools, TransPortal, ExPortal, ImPortal, and, Asset Ingretity, are available for third-party licensing.
